Generation Innovation is thrilled to announce applications for the 2025 GI Challenge have opened.

Now in its 11th year, the GI Challenge is an innovation driven program designed to connect budding young entrepreneurs aged 15 to 21 with the marketplace.

We’re calling all young entrepreneurs with a business idea from the Sunshine Coast and Noosa aged between 15 to 21 to apply to the 2025 GI Challenge.

Each year, a talented group of entrepreneurs is selected into the program and provided with the

skills, training, and business connections required to begin building their dream business.

Participants receive ongoing guidance as they design and conceptualise their business idea,

ultimately competing against their peers for the first-place prize of a $10,000 package to be used in launching their dream business.

Generation Innovation has helped dozens of young Sunshine Coasters pursue their business dreams.

Applying for the 2025 GI Challenge is easy.

If you’re aged between 15 and 21, are from the Sunshine Coast or Noosa, and have a business idea you want to turn into a reality, head to the Generation Innovation website at www.generationinnovation.com.au and apply online.

Applications close 5pm 6 June 2025.
